The Farm "Ferme des Croës Canailles

Description

The farm is mainly made up of small but stocky Herens cows, forged by and for the mountains. Several times a year, "queen fights" are organized in the region. This is how these cows define which one will be the Queen of the herd on the mountain pasture. Their milk is low in fat but rich in protein. The milking is done semi-artisanally on the farm, as well as the processing. Tommes, Tommettes, Croestin, Mountain Cheese (raclette style), milk, butter, cream, and sometimes serac is manufactured.
The eggs of our chickens, but also cold meats, sausages, and dried meat from Herens are also available. A lot of good things to delight the palates of those who love farm products.

Coming from Samoëns, go up to the departure gondola station of Vercland, pass under the station, cross the car park and then continue on the small road for 500m. You will find the farm at number 76 in the hamlet of La Turche.
