Monday - AQUAYOGA Combines all the benefits of water and yoga to increase body awareness and soothe the mind.
Tuesday - AQUADYNAMIQUE Complete workout to tone the body and strengthen the muscles. Technical cardio training.
Wednesday - AQUABODY Boosts circulation, shapes the upper body, tones bum muscles and firms up thighs and calves.
Thursday - AQUAPILATES Ideal for increasing core muscle strength and improving posture. Aim: muscle balance and joint flexibility.
Friday - AQUADETOX Energetic cardio training to sweat out those toxins. Short flippers on loan.
From 23/12 to 25/04 between 10.30 am and 11.30 am.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
