At one of the last genuine fruitières (dairy cooperatives) in Haute-Savoie, children can come and learn the secrets behind the production of the region's flagship product, Reblochon, and discover the mountain agriculture of today.

For the visit to the "fruitière", children will follow in the footsteps of Lactasia, a curious fairy. Push open the Croq'Alp door at the Fruitière des Hauts-Fleury and discover the cheese-maker's know-how, biodiversity and local farming activities.

Touch, listen, smell... awaken your senses on a playful tour of the sensory room.

Enriched by a wealth of secrets, you'll finish your visit with a well-informed tasting session... and you'll be able to take away the products of your choice.
