Description

Main Hall:
This 82m² room, renovated in 2016, offers many possibilities: meeting room, games room, dining room with tables and chairs available. A bar/sound system area is available at the back of the room for connecting speakers or the video projector. Extended by a large sunny terrace in summer, you have an exceptional view of Mont-Blanc.

Fully equipped kitchen:
A fully-equipped, standard-compliant kitchen is available for self-catering. Professional quality, it includes a washing-up area, refrigerators, freezers and cold storage, hob, oven, microwave, stove, crockery, dishwasher and washing machine.

Lounges & Office:
In addition to the main room, the KOOP chalet has 2 lounges and an office. The first lounge, adjoining the main room, has a games area with table soccer and ping pong table. The second lounge, located upstairs, offers a more comfortable ambience with its carpet and cushions. The small office is a suitable meeting room.

Bedrooms:
The 6 bedrooms are laid out in the same way, with two showers, one WC, and 10 beds. They are on mezzanines, with 5 beds below and 5 beds above. All have storage space and access to a shared balcony with views of Mont Blanc.

Exterior:
The chalet has a large field, with basketball and volleyball courts. You'll also have a splendid view of the whole Mont-Blanc range from your deckchair. The ski slopes run right past the chalet.

At the foot of the slopes :
The Praz de Lys Sommand resort has 60km of Nordic ski runs and 50km of downhill ski runs. There is ample parking close to the chalet, as well as bus parking. For schools, Chalet Koop has youth and sports accreditation and can accommodate 48 youngsters and 12 accompanying adults.
