Les Pointes Blanches" ski-mountaineering race - 6th edition

The Praz de Lys Sommand Ski Alpinisme club is delighted to present its ski-mountaineering race: Les Pointes Blanches.
Two routes will take you around the peaks surrounding the Praz de Lys Sommand plateau.
Description
COURSES AND CATEGORIES 2023 (PROGRAM 2024 TO COME!) :
On the program, two routes (subject to change depending on prefectural and FFME constraints, as well as weather and snow conditions).
Team course: 2300 m of D+.
-) Categories: U23 m/f, seniors m/f, Masters m/f, mixed
Individual course: 1400 m D+ -)
-) Categories: U20 men, U23 m/w, seniors m/w, Masters m/w
Team course: 1400 m D+ -)
-) Categories: U16, U18 and U20 girls (no individual course for these categories)
All categories will be rewarded.
"The race route crosses the Roc d'Enfer Natura 2000 site, a wilderness area that is home to rare, fragile and endangered flora and fauna.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the site during the race and your training sessions.
Do not leave any trace of your passage. Avoid training at night.
DETAILED TIMETABLE (to be confirmed):
7:45 a.m.: Start in line for the long course
8:00 am: Line-up for the short individual course and youth teams
10:00 am: Arrival of first competitors
11:15am: Opening of the village hall
2:00 pm: Prize-giving ceremony in the village hall
LICENSE AND INSURANCE :
All participants must hold a FFME or FFCAM license and a medical certificate stating that they are not contraindicated in the practice of ski-mountaineering in competition.
Non-licensed skiers and mountaineers are required to take out a day licence for 6 euros, and to present a medical certificate stating that they are not contraindicated in the practice of ski-mountaineering in competition when collecting their numbers.
SAFETY AND REGULATIONS :
Racers must cross the finish line with all compulsory equipment, failing which they will be penalized.
Teams must cross the finish line together, failing which they will be penalized.
The rules for safety and equipment, as well as behavior, are those of the FFME:
For both courses:

-) Survival blanket
In addition, for the team course :

-) Via ferrata-type double lanyard
NUMBERS :
Numbers will be issued on site, the day before and the morning of the race, starting at 6 a.m.
Equipment check at the time of number collection.
ATTENTION: Numbers must be visible on the right thigh and on the bag throughout the race.
Prize-giving ceremony after lunch at Mieussy village hall.
