Established in Haute Savoie (74) since 1963, CARRIER Géomètres Experts is now spread over 7 agencies: La Roche-sur-Foron, Annecy, Vétraz Monthoux, Thyez, Thônes, Taninges and Bonneville.

We are a team of around thirty people, including 3 Géomètres-Experts.
Our team is structured to be able to respond to the diversity of your projects, thanks to the specialization of our collaborators in certain fields (urban planning and land, co-ownership, project management). We train our team to respond to the complexity of your projects.

Our skills and expertise :

- Land management - demarcation:
The demarcation and division of property is the exclusive competence of your surveyor. Boundary marking is the operation that consists in definitively fixing the limit between two adjoining plots of land. Markers are put in place (bollards, nails, paint marks) and are represented and described in a demarcation report. In the event of the sale, donation or exchange of part of your land, we draw up the division plans and easements, and take care of the formalities with the land registry.

- Urban planning :
We can help you develop your land, your property or the public space for which you are responsible. These operations require prior planning permission, which can range from a simple declaration of division to a development permit, where utilities must be designed and built.
For public space development projects, we carry out the necessary studies to ensure efficient and effective project management.

- Architectural surveys - 3D models:
To help you realize your renovation project, we draw up interior and façade plans, as well as building and structural sections.
Our 3D acquisition tools enable us to provide you with highly accurate data, and to draw up high-quality surveys, plans and models.
These documents will enable your architect to complete your project in the shortest possible time.

- Project management - engineering:
We support you in the design of your development projects, including the construction of roads and networks, and the consultation of contractors for earthworks, dry and wet networks and asphalt mixes. We'll manage the site on your behalf. We will assist you in the awarding of works contracts and during acceptance operations.

- Co-ownership - Division into volumes:
For building sales or donations, we draw up interior and exterior surveys of your property, lot designation plans by level, and designation plans for exterior use. We calculate general thousandths and charges. We draw up the descriptive statement of division and the co-ownership regulations.
We can help you set up complex operations involving different public and private operators. We define the volumes of your property and related easements in 3 Dimensions.

- Topography :
The basis of all development work, the topographic plan is a 3-D image of your land. It shows all the elements present, as well as any buried or overhead networks. Depending on its purpose and the precision of the details to be represented, it can be produced in several scales, from 1/100th to 1/500th. We also carry out layout and stability checks.

- GIS integration :
For local authorities, we integrate and structure geolocalized data in their geographic information systems, enabling online consultation of local town-planning plans and maps of all their distribution networks.

- Property diagnostics:
Lead, asbestos, electrical installation, energy performance, gas and the Carrez law certificate are all mandatory diagnostics for the sale or rental of your built property. We also carry out comprehensive technical diagnoses (DTG) for co-ownership of buildings over 10 years old.
