Description

A new outing that's sure to please - André Genin, mountain guide (Vecteur Montagne) and Roxane Rassinoux, Hypno-pratician, combine their talents to offer a real 3-hour break during a stay at Praz de Lys.
The two-part outing begins with a gentle snowshoeing immersion with André, in tune with his body and the mountains. It continues with a deep meditation session guided by Roxane's voice. This second stage, this atypical "journey", will amplify the effects of the hike, so that everyone leaves free of all tensions.
