This ridge, mostly grassy with occasional rocky sections, offers a sustained slope. It overlooks the village of Mieussy, 1200 m below.

Description

This hike can already impress the less adventurous.
On the other hand, it invites contemplation. It's an ideal place to watch paragliders skim along its crest, catching the updrafts and heading off to other nearby ranges.

Tips for the photographer : The panorama is more open to the south-west, towards the Giffre and Arve valleys.
The sunsets are superb, with the ridge line in perspective. Its altitude allows it to float above the fog in autumn, making for great shots.
